Capricorn cottage has the most beautiful views, lovely and peaceful. The beds were super comfy. Our dog especially enjoyed the garden and we all enjoyed the walks by the water. Thoughtful for the host to leave a towel for our dog. The log burner is lovely and was set up for us getting there. I’m petrified of spiders and there was a fair few cobwebs, to be expected and nothing a quick hoover didn’t sort out. The bird feeder which you can see from the sofa is a lovely idea. The only thing I would say is the internal door (says emergency exit on in small writing) leads into the hosts house, so could probably do with being lockable, I didn’t like the idea someone could walk in if they wanted to. We would definitely stay again.

Penelope is an excellent host. The place has a stunning view and we absolutely love walking the dogs on the marsh out front The house is very clean and beautifully decorated. we will be back!
