Lovely peaceful cottage with beautiful garden. Everything provided for a comfortable few days stay and a perfect base to explore the local and wider area - great walks along the nature reserve - had a very nice breakfast at Winchelsea Beach Cafe. Bus stop very nearby to go into Rye and local shop for all your basic supplies. Recommended!

Such a beautiful cottage right on the door step of the nature reserve. The garden is a beautiful place to enjoy breakfast and relax in the evening. The cottage is welcoming and cosy and Rye Harbour and the surrounding area has so much on offer to see and do. Thank you for such wonderful stay!

A great location for enjoying walks in the reserve and easy to leave the car behind and use the bus to get into Rye. Also enjoyed sitting reading in the garden in morning sunshine. Got a good nights sleep as its very quiet and comfortable. The instructions for finding the property were straightforward and the key safe works well - also found information within the property helpful. A good choice for a week away.

This really is a lovely little gem! It had everything we needed that a live in place would need. We particularly liked the decor and the pictures, really nice touch and made it feel homely and reminded us the sea wasn’t far away. Had a nice feel to it. The garden was pretty too. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay here, the bungalow had everything for a cosy Easter stay with lots to do around the area.
