Rivas, Was very responsive to me ,and It was a fantastic , Rivas made you feel vey welcome from the beginning to the end. Even to ordering a coffee pot that had been broken and had a new one sent overnight. Thanks again for all your help in taking a difficult journey and making it much easier to get through. Tim

We loved staying in this house! The location is incredible and the house has so much charm! It had everything our large group needed for a perfect fall weekend and was very comfortable. Lovely and responsive host, already thinking about booking another stay next year. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved this home! Location cannot be beat. The house has a true beach house character and is beautiful and spacious; just perfect for our large family gathering. Rives is a great host, responsive and proactive- reaching out to us before the impending tropical storm. The house had everything we needed for relaxing, beach activities and feeding our large group. We hope to be back!

This historic property was charming , clean & spacious. Gooch’s beach just steps away- perfect for walking & falling asleep to the sound of breaking waves . Constant ocean breeze & fans in bedrooms worked just fine to keep temps cool on even the warmest most humid days during our mid Sept stay. Easy 1 1/2 mile walk to Dock Square shops & restaurants and only a few minutes from the lovely hiking trails at Rachel Carson Preserve. Our party of 9 adult family members appreciated the large dining rm & family room & enclosed porch spaces for meals , games & chatting . Also loved the large rustic fully equipped kitchen. 3 full baths, 2 half baths & outdoor shower accommodated our needs .All in all , a great experience. We’d definitely like to return to this fabulous house in the future !
