Lovely apartment, very convenient for exploring the coast, pubs within walking distance and walks from the door. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. We were left delicious flapjacks and a bottle of bubbly as we were celebrating our anniversary. We enjoyed our stay.

My wife and I were going to wedding at nearbyTitchwell manor hotel and Jude’s listing was perfect for us. Literally it was AS good as the photos and really clean, super comfy bed and the shower was amazing as were the big fluffy towels. Jude was always responsive and even had an iron and board for us to iron clothes for the wedding. I can’t recomend this place enough.

We loved our time at Brancaster Stays. The apartment was finished to a very high standard and was made even more special by the luxury toiletries included. The apartment was also impeccably clean and fresh. The inclusion of breakfast was such a welcome addition as more often than not you eat out for lunch and dinner and forget about breakfast. Couldn’t recommend Jude and Thomas enough, very friendly and even left us homemade shortbread which were delicious! Thank you both.

There's even an EV charging point in accommodation which is compact but definitely planned by s.o.. -Jude.- with a complete understanding of what's needed for a successful stay. Sensibly sized bed ie huge & very comfortable. A mere 3 minute walk to harbour (pub on way), with easy coastal path providing access to 2nd pub in 20 minutes (great range of food - posh to chips - and walk back into summer sunset particularly picturesque at high tide).

Jude and Thomas were very welcoming and accommodating. They gave us good advice about where to go and what to do based on our interests. The property was beautiful and spotlessly clean. The amenities were exactly what we needed. It was beautifully furnished and felt like a real treat to stay there. The homemade treats on arrival were a really lovely touch and we really enjoyed having a lovely area to have a lazy breakfast with everything we needed. The local map on the wall by the breakfast table was very useful when planning our day! The property felt private despite being next to the main house and we enjoyed sitting out the front on the garden furniture in the sunshine. Perfect location for walking routes, bus stops, the local pub and a walk to the shore to watch the beautiful sunset. Thank you for a wonderful weekend - we'll definitely be back.
