Logement fidèle aux photos, bien situé : très proche du lagon mais aussi de restaurants et supérettes. Le propriétaire est très réactif, toujours disponible et est vraiment sympathique, il a accepté de garder mes bagages en sécurité en attendant de devoir prendre mon bus, ce qui m'a permis de continuer de profiter de Bacalar après le check-out ! Encore merci !

So as others have noted it's actually just around the corner on the calle 3 side of the calle 3 and ave 30 intersection. Anyway the place is amazing. Great amenities, neat little bar right on the corner and a fantastic bar/restaurant on the opposite corner. Everything is walkable from here, my wife and I walked into Centro often. Also close to the not-so-centro scene where you can find amazing little eateries, shopping, and open market etc... The lagoon is literally steps away, or you can walk down to his place Kai Pez and get in for free with food/drink discount. Most of the lagoon front is owned by clubs and charge- this one is very nice, a bit quieter, and has a dock to swim from (water chest deep there). We stayed 2 weeks and will definitely be back. Not our first time in Bacalar, but was our favorite. Owner is great, responsive, brought us clean towels and toiletries as we were there long enough to need. Wonderful place!

Really nice apartment in a good location. Big comfortable bed. our host, Ulyses, was extremely friendly and helpful, and organised a great boat trip for us on the beautiful lagoon. We also had use of the sun lounge garden at his nearby restaurant. Highly recommended!

Very nice place and great location to the lagoon, restaurants and shopping. We felt secure and we had off street parking with no issues.

This was the best place we stayed while in Mexico. The place was super clean. It is close to the water and close enough to the centre and great restaurants. The shower is terrific. It is the perfect place to stay.
