I stayed here with my husband and 2 kids (ages 6 and 1) for 5 days. What a great decision! The space is huge and very baby safe. Everything we needed was there (except towels and linens). We cooked a big thanksgiving dinner at the rental and had everything we needed for cooking and serving the food. There were toys and games for the kids and the hallway bathroom had a tub for giving baths. There is a park across the street with tennis and basketball courts and a really nice playground. Acme and Wawa are walkably close. There were clear instructions for everything and Jo Ann was very friendly and nice to communicate with.

We had a great time at this property. The location was perfect...very convenient to everything! JoAnn was easy to communicate with and offered advice when we had some minor issues upon check-in. The house is cute and clean...but the furniture and overall home is definitely dated a bit. When we arrived the AC was not turned on and a few vents were not working....but after some help from JoAnn (and a quick trip tp CVS to get batteries for the thermostat) we got it working. The listing was accurate...except the "room darkening shades" that are listed are not darkening by any means...we were up with the sun...which is fine when at the beach! Overall if looking for an OC property near the playground, beach, and basketball court this checks those boxes.

JoAnn made this check in simple and easy. Her place was clean and had every amenity ! Cozy and felt like home ! The beach was so close ! Defiantly a go to and I will be coming back :)

My family had a lovely time at this beach house. When we arrived, unfortunately, the cleaning person had never showed up and there were several blatant cleaning issues that needed to be addressed. However, JoAnn quickly and directly resolved the situation, spoke to the cleaning company, and was extremely helpful and apologetic. It was the company who failed to do its job, and JoAnn took swift and sufficient action to fix the issues. Beyond that, we had a great time. The location is top-notch, right across the street from a park, food, and grocery stores. The beach is a short walk away. The appliances are a bit older but worked great. We had a very nice family getaway and would stay again.
