This is my 2nd time staying here. House is great. Love the location and Love amenities that are in the kitchen. They accommodated an early check in and later check out. They are terrific hosts.

We had a great stay at Joe & Brett’s place last weekend! We stayed with another couple and had 4 young kids with us. We had plenty of room for us all with the sleeping set up and the home is all one level inside which was nice for our crawlers. The house was tastefully decorated and extremely clean! Unlike many other shore rentals, the utensils and cooking gear were all nice and worked really well, as did the appliances which were all nice and new. The updated kitchen also includes a big pantry which was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!!! Thanks again for everything.

The location can’t be beat, and their communication was great! The place doesn’t include any towels OR bedding sheets (which was included in the description but we didn’t read it throughly enough). It was a great place, but didn’t seem worth the price since we needed to bring all the essentials ourselves (sheets, towels, etc).
