We had a great time staying the week with our family. We enjoyed fishing from the dock, seeing the manatee’s come up to our dock and seeing 7 large pelicans across from the townhouse. We live in the Outerbanks in NC in walking distance to the beach. We have never seen pelicans this large and we have so many in the OBX. The Butterfly Conservatory, the Sea Turtle hospital and the Botanical Gardens are a must see. Don’t eat at Lazy Days restaurant. I got sick. Sparky’s restaurant was awesome though. We also went to Key West, grabbed lunch at Sloppy Joes and visited the Hemingway’s house. Our favorite restaurant was Pincher’s at happy hour. We also chartered a boat one day and caught some fish. We enjoyed one day on the beach and swimming at the pool. We had a three things that needed at the townhouse. Jackie had it taken care of with in hours. Thanks Jackie.

The house was the perfect size for our family of 8. The access to the canal for kayaking was great and being right next to the walking trail was great. It was great to have the option not to drive to sombrero beach as the parking there was difficult. Not all of the kayaks were in good working order nor were the bikes. Two of the bikes had flat tires and one had a pedal missing. There were many things in the unit that needed attention that a handy man should have done. When spending the amount of money we did for a week we would expect all the amenities and house to be up to snuff.

Jacqueline saved our Keys vacation after a terrible first couple days with a different host/home. She was super responsive, attentive, caring, and worked with our crazy situation knowing we had kids and were exhausted from travel and dealing with the other situation. Her beach home was AMAZING! Felt like home. It was clean and had everything we needed, plus some. We cancelled some of our plans just to sit by the pool/on the dock and relax. It was exactly what we needed after a rough start to vacation. We definitely did not want to leave at the end of the week. We will be booking with Jacquline again in the future, for sure!!

Jacqueline was super responsive and the home was perfect for six adults. One king bed in master suite with two other queen bedrooms. We did not use the 4th (bunk) bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all items that you would need to cook full meals for six adults and more. It was great having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The pool and dock were great additions to hang out, fish, and just relax. We spent two days on the water on rented boats and another two days in Key West. It was a great vacation and hope to return again.

We had a wonderful time staying at Jacqueline's place! The heated pool was a big hit! Also, the location is great! Just a few miles from beautiful Sombrero beach, along with many close options for great eating and boat rentals!! The place had a dock in a channel leading to the ocean, as well as pool toys and kayaks! She is very helpful and responds quickly with any questions or concerns. Would 10 out of 10 stay here again!!
