Great place and great host. Excellent communication and everything as described. The backyard and pool area is second to none on Sombrero. We will be back! If you are looking, don't hesitate to book!

This house has an upstairs screen porch where we spent many hours enjoying the breezes and boats going down the canal. The backyard pool area is just lovely. I spent a lot of time walking the neighborhoods and no other house had such a nice pool area and canal view. The house was well equipped for cooking and when we discovered a broken coffee pot the owners had another one delivered by noon the next day! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

House was what we needed for our vacation! Marathon key is excellent but we were just as happy hanging out at the awesome pool or on the porch! Plenty of bathroom space as well.

Grandpa and Grandma, Son and Daughter, Son in law and two grandsons had a wonderful week at this exceptional home. Lourdes was responsive to our every request and provided helpful recommendations regarding local restaurants and attractions. We got some helpful angling advice which netted us a couple of fish off the pier on the channel. Lourdes's arranged for an early check-in which was helpful in getting a 3 year old and a 3 month old established after a 4 hour flight. The house is well designed for large families. The open plan kitchen and dining room and living room was just right so that while some of the group was working at the dining room table, the kids could watch TV and play games which others were preparing meals....all in eye sight and ear shot, and a lot of memorable photos. The pool was fabulous, neighborhood quiet and walkable. Beach toys, bikes and fishing gear in garage. Kitchen was very well equipped and outddoor gas grill was great. Highly recommend.
