Lovely hosts and room. The subway is a short walk away. Both Patricia and Cherisse were very welcoming and had suggestions for things to do if you want recommendations. The space is ideal for art lovers. Also, great cats.

This is a very nice clean apartment decorated with the hosts’ artwork. There were 2 single rooms for rent and a bathroom shared by guests and host. 4 well-mannered cats live there as well. I was aware that breakfast was not included but was treated to a lovely late-morning meal as well as lunch by the host who is a retired professional chef. I enjoyed her many stories as well as the food. The room was on the small side but comfortable, bed comfortable, enough space for belongings, view of Statue of Liberty. With window open a bit noisy. The location is a busy city street. I drove my car there which was a mistake given how difficult parking is. I spent a long time driving around one-way streets full of cars and cryptic no parking signs. Finally found a legal space but had to run out in the morning to move the car. 40 min later found a spot (several blocks away). If you’re carrying luggage this is really inconvenient and not worth it. But the parking is free, at least.

I really enjoyed my stay with Cherisse and Patricia. It's an accommodation in which we feel real hospitality. It is possible to chat with them, ask for advice on places to visit and even share breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable just like the rest of the apartment. Access to the metro is easy and the proximity to Sunset Park is also an asset because there is a very beautiful view from this park.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was lovely and spotlessly clean. It's situated in a great area, with the subway station conveniently close by. Cherrise and Patricia were incredibly kind and attentive hosts, and I really enjoyed chatting with them. Plus, Cherrise is an amazing chef! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you guys 😊
