The house was very neat and clean and also in a good location. All of the house appliances and equipment was new and in good shape. Could of used better instructions for beach access and local fresh water supplies but all else was well worth the price. Good stay, would stay here again.

The Moemoea is a cute cottage toward the hillside from the main road. The cottage has a great front deck/porch that’s perfect for reading and watching the scenery go by in the evening. Everything is new, comfortable bed, easy to use washer, complimentary soap. WiFi was strong, just purchase Vodafone WiFi time. You can do that online, or in-person at the office in town. Eileen was super good about replying to any questions. I would definitely stay here again. Tamanu Beach restaurant has excellent food and it’s an easy walk. Hike up to Piraki lookout in the morning before it gets hot. View from the cell tower is spectacular. I highly recommend kayaking on the lagoon side to uninhabited islands. Where sun protection gear. I got burned by not having enough. If you’re the least bit athletic, biking around instead of renting a car works.
