Everything was exactly as listed and the stay was great. We stayed for about 10 weeks while working at UCSB and it was a super convenient location to the university, restaurants and shopping (with costco right nearby), the sunday farmers market, and right next to walking trails that take you straight to the beach or the lagoon. House was very spacious and comfortable for us and our dogs, and the neighborhood was very friendly. Michelle was super responsive to any issues we had come up throughout and was a great host.

Michelle and Miranda were great hosts! Very responsive when we needed a couple of items for the kitchen. Always easy to reach and quick to respond. Great location and a very comfortable and welcoming home. The location is literally 2 minutes from alot of great restaurants and shopping. Very walkable to UCSB and the many trails in the area which go down to the ocean. Highly recommend!

Let me first say that this was my first Airbnb experience so therefore my review is from this perspective. Miranda was commutative and accommodating. Check-in was easy and she responded to questions and requests quickly. She also included a few nice touches including a bottle of wine and a nice note. Miranda’s place was spacious and I really loved the layout. I got a wonderful view of the sunrise from the master bedroom. There are 2.5 bathrooms which made getting ready easier with 6 adults. Although we didn’t cook, the kitchen was well equipped and clean. The pictures are an accurate representation of the place and there is parking available for 2 cars right in the driveway. Miranda’s place welcomes pets but as a non pet owner, I immediately could tell that pets had been there (smell and dog hair). This may not bother folks who live with pets but for me it was noticeable. Carpets are light colored so spots pretty obvious. As a guest you should also bring your own face towels if it’s something you’re used to having. I gave a rating 4 stars. Overall it was a good experience for me and my guests.
