Great few nights in the cabin with the cosy fire. Seen the beavers right outside also with lots of other wildlife

Really helpful info leading up to our stay and throughout. Cabin was warm with the wood burner and the honesty shop had any extras we needed (kindling, etc.). Peaceful surroundings and great suggestions for local walks provided. We saw the beavers on two occasions during our short stay which was spectacular!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights in this cabin. The cabin was spacious and the bed comfortable. The view of the ponds and fields was lovely. We saw 2 beavers. We enjoyed 2 lovely walks on the estate. We also visited by car the Angus Glen's. Quiet roads and great scenery.

Très bonne et belle expérience la cabane est situé au calme, au milieu de la nature .Nous avons eu de la chance de voir le soir des castors et le matin des biches ! merci pour votre acceuil nous partons avec de beaux souvenirs !

The place and the surrounding area are really nice. You're right next to the beavers and a short drive from Alyth which is pleasant, if not a bit quiet. There's a number of options for days out in the area and the stay was overall enjoyable. However, there were some things we thought were dishonest and which soured the stay somewhat. The ensuite shower did not work and the next nearest was inconveniently far. We had to pay extra for logs (the only form of heating) on top of the cost of £120 a night. This was listed as eco tourism but there was non eco friendly cleaning products (e.g. Dettol) and the hand soap and sanitiser. The Honesty Shop was also full of non eco friendly wrapped products like sugar and milk packets etc. We were really disappointing at the lack of environmentally friendly products, and those that were eco friendly also were plastic packaged, with the exception of the toilet paper.
