Location was superb! Located within Aston batam hotel and within minutes to Grand Batam mall by car. The room felt clean and spacious with a sofa bed, and a nice mattress in the living room for lying around in the day. There are two toilets which are clean and well equipped with toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel. Hot water is readily available for shower and basin tap. Aircon was cooling and strong, we had a comfortable stay, felt right at home.

The host is responsive. The place is safe and building staffs there are professional. I can ask the concierge staffs for assistance so I don't need to trouble the host so much. There was a short power failure during the stay and the staff there helped with that. I recommend this place simply because it's safe and security works around the clock. People here are friendly too. The apartment is worth the price paid nothing too luxurious yet meets the fundamental requirements of a comfortable stay.
