The place is located in a strategic location, theres a food court within walking distance. Convenient stores located right beside the lobby of apartment. The building of the apartment is safe too as theres guard and key card is needed to access the floor. Apartment is clean and free snacks was given. Smart TV in all bedroom where you can log in to your own netflix. Aircon in all rooms working well. Theres 1 portable induction cooker and rice cooker. Pots, pans and dinnerware is available to use. Theres even Ramadhan Bazaar within a walking distance, that is going on now which is a must to go as theres a lot of food choices.

Nice location with many amenities such as food and massage within walking distance. Place is clean, nice with cold aircon. The host is very friendly and helpful as well.

The best stay i had in batam so far! Very clean, new & worth the money. It actually exceeded my expectations. All rooms had smart tv & all aircons functioning well. Kitchen, toilet, fridge & utensils were clean. There’s washing machine & drying rack provided, very good for long stays. Host is also very friendly & prompt in accomodating to my request for extra pillows & early check in. only issue was the building management which is out of host’s control such as only 1 functioning lift at the moment, only 1 access card to lift, receptionists will not be able to help you get on the lift so always remember the card, & also no digital key for apartment door so must always key in the numbers manually. Other than that, I’m glad my family & i spent our 5 days here. 5 stars! 🌟 I would want to stay here again. thank you!
