Vivian and Steve were great hosts. We felt right at home! They are very personable and we’re even so nice to set up a fire and bring out some s’mores one evening we were there. The location is right down the street from downtown so we did not have to drive far for anything! This is a great stay and I recommend!

Vivian and Steve greatest hostess ever nice and very friendly couple .the place is very beautiful and the view is great,the river is amazing and recommend it for fishing the experience was very pleasant

To put it simply, Vivian and Steve are both angels. I was greeted with big smiles and a warm welcome. They even showed me around their property a bit! They walked me through the amazing rental (which was built quite recently!) and showed me everything I would need to know and then some. It’s super cozy and very functional. The Catskills is a fantastic place to go and tap back into reality. I was up in Phoenicia for a funeral, which they knew about and were incredibly kind and respectful towards the matter. The space and their energy towards me was a bright light for me during a darker time. 100/10, would take this place again in a heart beat, and you should see it for yourself.

My partner and I had a lovely time staying in Vivian and Steve's guesthouse for a weekend getaway from the city! They welcomed us as we arrived and made us feel at home right away. We loved getting to listen to the calming creek nearby, explore the Phoenicia diner for breakfast, and Woodstock a short drive away. A wonderful place to relax and spend time in nature, we would highly recommend Vivian and Steve's place!

Vivian’s place was great! It’s so cute and her attention to detail is amazing. She’s very thorough and friendly! One of the greatest hosts we’ve had so far. The place is beautiful and we felt so comfortable. Stay here, you won’t regret it.
