This was our second stay with Grenville and Irene and we were glad to spend a month here over Christmas and New Year. Very clean and well-designed studio with off-road parking and an excellent location which means everything in Falmouth is easily walkable. Grenville and Irene are great hosts and great people - we felt at home and would be very happy to return. Thanks again, Grenville and Irene!

This loft is a great little find! So private and a beautiful space which is lovely to stay in. It is only a few minutes walk from the centre and the station. I cannot highly enough recommend staying here!

We stayed for 3 nights and the location was perfect, just a 10 min walk in to Falmouth. The accommodation was lovely, it had everything you needed. The space was used amazingly. Beautiful touches, and decorated. Breakfast was great. Contact was fantastic from the moment of booking and all through our visit Thank you so much for having us

I absolutely loved my stay here. It was easy to park which is usually a pain in Falmouth. The hosts were really responsive and easy to talk to about anything. The house was cosy and immaculate, lots of coffee, tea and orange juice, the breakfast bars were great for the morning as well. 100% will stay again, great location near the train station and only a couple minutes walk to the town. Highly recommend.
