Arnica’s place was lovely. We enjoyed the “shabby chic” vibe. It was in a perfect location right between downtown and the Southern Oregon University campus, making it walkable to both areas. The location was quiet and comfortable. We found a lovely coffee shop called Rogue Valley Roasters just down the alley, providing easy access to great coffee and tasty baked goods. The spot is a longer, but easy walk to the Shakespeare Festival complex. We had a great stay.

Booked this place the morning of our stay, after spontaneously deciding to drive up from the Bay Area for a Shakespeare fix. It was the perfect spot for us and our small dog — cute and cozy, walking distance to the theaters, small fenced-in yard with hammock, comfy bed , and spotless.

Arnica is a great host! She was friendly and helpful and responsive in communications. The place was perfect for us and our dog - nice fenced in garden / patio that we all enjoyed. Easy to let our dog out in the early morning before our walk to Rogue Roasters. Nice neighborhood! Great location- easily walkable to downtown as well as to historic Ashland neighborhood. We never got in our car. Lots of wonderful restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and other shops all just a 5- to 10-minute walk.

Arnica’s cottage is private and cozy. It is close to downtown, coffee shops and a grocery store. The bed linens are luxurious and comfortable. All amenities were thought of and the washer/dryer was very convenient! Arnica delivered an air purifier during our stay since the air quality (wildfires) was poor. The back garden is private and perfect for morning coffee and hummingbird watching. Arnica is a wonderful hostess, quick to respond and assist when needed. You can feel the love and care she has put into the cottage. We had a lovely, relaxing vacation!
