A shady willow tree offers a swing for children, and a gate out to the creek path, where you can cycle to stunning Jan Juc beach in 5 mins! The local Cafe Swell is only a 5 min walk. Our space is located in the heart of Jan Jac giving you the opportunity to literally walk everywhere! You are absolutely spoiled for choice with a number of world class surf spots within walking distance or a short drive away. Enjoy time at the beautiful Bird Rock beach and rock pools, create memories at the fabulous reserve and enjoy bike rides along the creek and cliff paths, then return home for a cooling drink on the deck, a barbeque & enjoy the sun setting to the sound of incredible bird life in the surrounding creek reserve. Our gorgeous home includes a large entry-way leading to two large living areas. The main living area is open plan with a large kitchen and extendable dining table. Multiple french doors lead out to a gorgeous deck complete with 8 seater outdoor dining table. The living room in the 'west wing', with TV, DVD and surround sound can be completely closed off so that your kids can watch a movie whilst you entertain. Bedrooms can all be completely closed off from the living areas (within their own respective 'wings') should you wish to sleep in. All linen, bath towels, wifi and basic toiletries and pantry items are provided for your stay. We also have a beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage located towards the bottom of our garden available for exclusive guest use. It features a queensized bed, ensuite bathroom, kitchenette with microwave, kettle, fridge and toaster, two seater indoor-outdoor dining, as well as a daybed.
