Very happy with the place and overall experience. Only a couple minor issues but John was responsive and attentive to help. The place was specious and the beach was easy to access. I highly recommend!

This place is just wonderful. Here is an honest review. Folks you’re going to Mexico. If you expect everything to be like home stay home. Don’t go on an adventure. John place is a gem. Perfect for my family of 4 with comfortable bed, warm water and beach front. AC works well in each room. Plenty of place to play with the kids and felt very safe. Some stuff needs replacement/ maintenance but I’ll tell the owner directly. Beach, pools, restaurant were wonderful. Thanks for having us John

Everything about the area, view, people and restaurants went above my expectations. John was always super responsive, his condo was very clean, and area is super safe. Right outside the condo is a marina with dolphins, seals and mantees which my kids loved and tons of restaurants. Only time we left was to do our excursions! I will definitely be back! Thank you John for making our experience a great one!

John’s place was accurately described and in a perfect location for a family with young kids to have everything within walking distance. The beach and pool were so nice for our family. The condo is showing signs of wear and tear as I had many spots of water damage in the ceilings throughout the apartment. Both balcony doors were very hard to open. We did t spend time in the balcony as the seat cushions weren’t waterproof and since it had rained they were holding onto all of the moisture. Some of the patio furniture was broken. The bedding needs an upgrade as a lot of sheets and top sheets had holes in them. I don’t know if it had to do the overall plumbing system of the building but some mornings it wasn’t possible to flush either of the toilets, so we’d have to get the shower or sinks going and then eventually we could flush. That was a little odd.

This is prime real estate. The balcony is on the beach. The commercial restaurant strip is 200 m away. The condo is large 2bed 2bath and owner stocks it with supplies including toilet paper, coffee, towels.l, body wash. You pay for the location which was amazing. There is NO dishwasher unlike the ad. I am thankful for the beautiful view.
