The apartment has a great location but we had some issues during our stayed: - During the first week we were 7 persons in the apartment that only had one bathroom when by the description of the apartment it seems is only share with Antonio. - During the first days, and having in mind we went on winter, there was not hot water. - In the mornings (around 6 am) Antonio made a lot of noise, much more than just because he was getting ready. - As mentioned before there was only one bathroom and he schedule a fix in there while we were there. Aside from this details we had a good experience and Antonio was really helpful.

겨울에는 난방에서 나는 소리때문에 약간 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 그 외에는 전철역과 가까워 교통편으로는 훌륭한 위치에 있고 호스트도 친절합니다. 저는 개인적으로 아주 좋았습니다.

Estancia inmejorable con Antonio, detallista, siempre atento a nosotras todos los días por si necesitábamos algo. El apartamento está muy bien localizado en Queens con una parada del metro a 2 minutos de casa. Sin duda volvería a repetir.

It is difficult to sleep because the train is very noisy. The host gives you earplugs, but it has little effect. It is highly recommended for those who like train sounds. However, my host Antonio is very friendly and kind, and a very good host who cares about us. If you stay, you will feel his kindness.

El departamento es muy lindo, la cocina también aunque a veces no estaba del todo limpia. La habitación tiene una ventana que no se puede abrir y al tener una calefacción constante durante el invierno, si uno quiere cambiar un poco el aire del cuarto, se complica bastante. Además al lado hay una estación de subte (que parece de tren porque está en la superficie) y es muy ruidosa. El dpto está ubicado en el 4to piso y solo hay escaleras, si llevan mucho equipaje puede llegar a ser un problema. En mi caso puntual, Antonio me ayudó con mi equipaje y no fue tan complicado.
