We booked this place last minute when our other plans fell through. We were going to a college reunion at Iona University and this location was perfect. The apartment is a basement apartment which was very clean and well stocked. Vahide thoughtfully left apples and a grapefruit for us, very nice. It is a basement apartment, which means that you hear footsteps over head, but it wasn't an issue as they didn't occur after 9:30 p.m. or before 8:00 a.m. and I was more aware of them in the sitting area than in the bedroom. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay.
