The house could actually sleep up to 7 people because we noticed there was another full size bed on the first level of the house where all the games and hangout area is with a fire place and a tv which is actually quite comfortable for two guests to to stay in. Which wasn’t listed in the description of the home. I was surprised only being provided two garbage bags for the kitchen, one for trash another for recyclables and one roll of paper towels. When asking the host where the extra bags were she stated “out of curiosity we only provide one item per amenity”. Prior to us entering I had asked if there were a back up supply for toilet paper and She mentioned there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which to our surprise there were more in the bathrooms than stated so that was nice. Some damage to some of the walls through out the house and dressers as well. The hot tub was left partially uncovered not sure for how long so that was unable to be used as well.

The upstairs area was very comfortable and was accurately described as listed. The basement, however, was not as described. There was a very musty smell and the back bedroom downstairs leaked from the outside wall with every rain storm leaving a puddle on the floor and soaking the front of the area rug. The outside pool turned a Green color after the first day and could not be used. There was no pool table in basement as listed, and no outdoor kitchen with oven as listed in Amenities. The outside front bench was rusted through and is a potential hazard if sat on. The two upstairs bedrooms were nice, and luckily the pull out couch was comfortable since it had to be used in place of the downstairs bedroom. Apart from this, is was a good location and with easy access to the nearby beaches and restaurants.

Janeen’s place was a perfect spot for our family during our visit to the Jersey Shore. Nice location and water view. We enjoyed the downstairs entertainment room. Super comfortable. Janeen was nice and responsive. Excellent overall.

We just spent 3 nights at this location, and we were very pleased. The house is great, lots of room, clean, and the backyard is very well setup. The pool, tiki bar, Lagoon, out door furniture, very easy to just hang out and have fun, also being on the Lagoon, end location, makes for a great view and very peaceful. We would/will definitely stay here again. Thanks again Janeen!! Bruce B.
