Easily sleep 3 King beds and 4 full size bunks beds. Bottom bunk holds 430lbs and top bunk holds 380lbs. Air mattress also available. Enjoy the paddle board, kayak, peloton, bicycles, board games, fire pit, cornhole, football toss and BBQ. 25 foot deck so bring your boat or rent one for the day from the get my boat or boatsetter app. Minutes from LBI. Lagoon waterfront house with no bridges to go under. Lagoon goes straight out to the bay. Property sits on a double lot. Can fit 2 cars in the indoor garage and 5 outside if needed.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful home! John was super responsive and helpful for all our needs, 5 minute drive to the island/beach, couldn’t have asked for a better stay!
