Evelyne’s place was not the size or type of place my family typically rents down the shore, but we rented last minute this year. Overall it was fine and served its purpose. The pool/backyard area is really beautiful and is a highlight of the home. The cleanliness was not to our standards, but certainly may work for others, along with the damp smell throughout. This property is not fully renovated as the listing title suggests. It perhaps should say the backyard is newly renovated. The inside of the home may have a few updates throughout but is definitely more old finishes than new. And the workmanship is not of professional quality on the whole. My parents didn’t think it was a great value for the cost but it was nice to be down the shore and spend time together! And when a few questions came up, Evelyne was very responsive and amicable.

Couldn't say enough about our experience. A+ host, house, experience and location. Host was very communicative. House was a great deal. Pool was beautiful. Everything is brand new. Location is great. My family really enjoyed the stay. TVs in every room. BBQ. Had everything.

Host was wonderful. She was very friendly and responsive. The house was beautiful and very accurate described on the listing. Highly recommend and can't wait to book another visit.
