Wunderschöne, sehr gut ausgestattete und zentral gelegene Wohnung. Dennoch ist man abgeschirmt vom Trubel der Touristen. Riccardo war immer und schnell erreichbar. Wir haben die Tage in Venedig nicht zuletzt auch aufgrund der comfortablen Wohnung sehr genossen.

Riccardo’s place was perfect for our stay. It was perfectly located near all of the tourist attractions, transportation stops, and restaurants/shopping. We love how spacious and beautifully decorated the home was. The space was very comfortable and we love all of the available amenities that were offered. The heating towel rack, heater and a/c in every room, and even an extra umbrella for us to use! Very thought out home and we highly recommend it to any guests!

This was an amazing stay and we wish we had planned to stay more than 2 days. The place is larger than what you feel from the pics and meticulously decorated. Location is fantastic and easily walkable to major attractions. We were traveling with a child and it was important for us that we can get good sleep. There was no noise inside the building and even though it's next to a plaza with some foot traffic, you can't hear anything while inside. The kitchen is well equipped and the shower/bathroom are spacious and functional. We would definitely stay here again.

Up one flight of stairs, the apartment is centrally located, clean, pleasant, and quiet. Everything is nicer than it has to be, and the wifi is fast. Highly recommend.
