Donna is very nice host. She is helpful. You can ask for the things and she probably has them all. The room and the bathroom are very clean. She has one dog. He is very clam and nice. The house and the neighborhood are very quite. Hope to stay with Donna again.

Donna was a wonderful host. She was very friendly and respectful the place was very clean and nice. During my stay I didn’t have any issues at all. I would recommend this place to stay if you’re visiting Bloomington. And also don’t forget to pet Henry (dog) he is super friendly.

The description indicated that breakfast is provided, but actually no. The host has tons of rules to manipulate the guests. When I was having allergy, and told the host that. However, the host forced taking my temperature, forced me wearing mask even after I showed the host the evidence of no COV-19 infection. The host would break into my room without my consent.

We met with Donna prior to reserving the space. We let her know that my son was relocating to Bloomington and would need to use her address so he could establish residency and be able to register his car. She agreed to this, but once he started getting mail, Donna said mail coming to her residence was unacceptable, and he needed to get a PO Box. At that point my son started looking for an alternative. Originally we were going to stay 2 months, but he found a place and we submitted a modification. Donna stated that she wanted her key back before she would agree to anything. My son delivered the key, and she promptly denied the refund request. Donna stated she would refund $500 because she did not feel comfortable, and wanted to change the locks. We made it 21 days and would end up paying $2,000. We needed to get AirBNB involved for a $1,200 refund. Donna also let us know that my son forgot his jacket and we would need to pick it up or she was going to donate it to Goodwill. After trying to connect and setup a time, we finally headed over to her place. She was outside and let me know we would need to setup a time to get his jacket. I asked when would be a good time and she walked inside and retrieved his jacket from behind the front door. Donna then said we were harassing her, threatened to call the police, and asked us to leave. I was already walking to the car as she was not someone I planned on seeing again. I was hoping that was the end of it, but she keeps on leaving messages on the app. Looks like I need to get AirBNB involved to block her. Please beware as several other guests have experienced the same types of issues.

The Willow is clean and cozy. Some information was not included in the description. This has already been discussed with the owner.
