Paying total 12,700/- for three days for a private was an absolutely worst decision ever in my Airbnb experience. They firstly took security deposit (1000per person), no wifi or network coverage in the prive room. The AC was wide open and turned on just for name sake. Also, Chai cost 80rs i don't know what they add in chai (kesar or gold) that too pathetic quality. I had no guts left to order food, so i went outside to eat. Some staff were nice and co-operative however, it is good for bunk bed room (for individual) and not for private room.

Good service and reasonable price. Rooms and bathroom are perfectly cleaned. Staff is good and professional. Overall a awesome experience with Bedrock

A great spacious room and the buck stops at that point. Poor behaviour from the team with a bad checkin experience. The number of rules and regulations which are in place is completely unheard of and nowhere close to a hostel experience compared to Europe and modern cities in India. Long ways to go in customer centricity and not worth the value of the room.

The room was ok. Did at first not get the room in the pictures. During 5 nights stay they never washed the room or changed the garbage bin. The communication with the staff was poor, which led to a few misunderstandings and bad custom service. Would not reccomend this hostel.
