Absolutely fantastic stay and fantastic host! The apartment was even more lovely than the photos & the high ceilings made the home feel so airy and spacious. The place was absolutely immaculate with everything you could need. We loved the huge comfy sofa perfect for relaxing after a long day enjoying the local sites, complete with throws and a large TV. The apartment was so quiet & we loved all of the large windows in the lounge/kitchen looking onto the green space. We had a family of four, with our two young girls sharing the double (we loved the large King with beautiful blossoming tree filling the large windows). They loved the space too, & loved to sit and draw or play board games at the table looking out onto the green space. The apartment was really easy to find as was accessing the property from the lock box. And private parking was just outside. We were only there for a few days but could easily have stayed a week or more as there was so much to see and do! Great stay!

Matt's place was warm, comfortable and had everything we needed. It was spacious, bright and welcoming. Matt was very accommodating and responsive. The location was on the outskirts of town with great walks in Hellingly Country Park right outside the door as well as being accessible to lots of other lovely walking nearby on the Cuckoo Trail and Wilderness Wood. We would heartily recommend Matt's place.

Lovely apartment on a quiet estate overlooking the garden and country park. Good kitchen appliances and plenty of glassware and crockery. Great showers! Enjoyed the luxury of the large master bedroom with comfortable super king size bed. Our son made use of the gym equipment and my husband appreciated TV with soundbar which can be lacking in some holiday lets. We enjoyed walking in the park, and in the woods on the other side of the estate. Great area for cycling too, Matt was quick to respond to all my queries and was very helpful on every occasion.
