The location is peaceful and out in the countryside, so there are limited amenities nearby (no big supermarkets), so you need to ensure you buy everything you need in advance. Some of the instructions could have been clearer, for example, where to access the Kayaks from (we mistakenly ended up at someone's home opposite the gas station). There was limited access to basic amenities (such as toiletries), other amenities are a bit worn (the pool table needs some TLC). This property is not self check-in and we had to provide a specific time for our arrival to be received villa staff. That's great for a warm welcome, but can add a bit of pressure if travelling from Nadi (two hours away) with limited access to internet or experiencing any delays. The views from the villa are beautiful and the separate room layout is private. The staff member available was very friendly and helpful. Some additional attention to detail would bring this Airbnb to the next level. A good stay overall.

Jims place was excellent. The villa is beautiful and has an amazing view of the jungle and water. All of the workers were also amazing and went above and beyond for us. The workers were friendly and helpful as well. I would absolutely go back to this beautiful villa and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Amazing, incredibly spacious villa in a beautiful location. Bedrooms are in pavilions spread around the main living area giving everyone space and privacy. Huge communal living space and kitchen. Pool area and view were spectacular (a couple of the loungers need fixing) and the pool was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Villa is within walking distance of a small supermarket (steep hill on the way back) and roadside diner/restaurant complex at which we had a great pizza meal. The supermarket is great for everyday items and ice cream. The beach is a few steps further away and has a beautiful jetty and easy snorkelling. We were a group of 11 for a 50th birthday and everyone had a fantastic time. Lani the housekeeper is very helpful and gave massages and also cooked dinner for us one evening. Kimberley answered my many questions in a fast and friendly manner and was flexible with arrival times and food requirements. Thank you both very much!

We had a fantastic time at sea winds. 2 families of 4 stayed here and there was plenty of room. The house and surroundings are amazing. Lani was also fantastic, helped us whenever we needed something and cooked us an amazing dinner. Strongly recommend staying here. We all hope to be back soon. Thank you for making our holiday great.

Beautiful location with a great view. Loved the view from the bedrooms and deck. Lani was so helpful. The space worked well for our 3 families (2 families with kids + grandparents). A few of the details are getting a bit worn but the place is large and has multiple hangout zones.
