Stayed for approx 40 days Nov-Dec and the apartment had everything I needed. Great checking in instructions and helpful to have a private driveway when unloading suitcases. Brilliant location!! View of CN tower every time you leave the apartment and walkable to loads of restaurants, shops and bars. 30min walk to Eaton centre but can also take a tram on those colder days! Building and other residents were quiet. Didn’t have access to the rooftop due to off season. Comfortable bed! All appliances very easy to use without instructions microwave/oven/washing machine and smart TV etc. Clean apartment with additional cleaning supplies if needed for those longer stays. Only downside was not enough natural light entering the apartment meaning I had to use the lamp during the day but that wouldn’t stop me staying again. Overall, had a fantastic and comfortable stay here whilst in downtown Toronto with responsive communication with Sunil. Thank you!

Location was perfect with a great view of the train track. Right next to markets and good food and coffee. The accommodation was pristine and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks Sunil!

I found this place to be exactly as described, communication was easy, the location was convenient, the bed was comfortable, probably the most comfortable air bnb bed I have ever slept in. Would recommend this to anyone who likes the downtown life!
