Robert was a fantastic host! We were unfortunately flooded in when a nor' Easter decided to make the Atlantic Ocean angry and come up over the sea wall. Robert was super flexible with our situation and helped guide us through the situation. I couldn't have asked for anything more and despite the circumstances, it was a fantastic time.

Cozy and comfortable! Great value and very clean and nice. Was as described and host was very communicative with great instructions and support. Would absolutely stay again!

The cottage really is lovely and we can imagine it's great in the summer time when it's warm and filled with sunshine. We had a slight problem with heat and he really tried to make our stay comfortable. The house was so well appointed. It was beautifully decorated and cozy. Our stay in the Cozy Cottage was great. Super clean, cute beach-y cottage. We were nearby for a wedding and are so glad we decided to stay in Brant Rock. Host was great and we appreciated the responsiveness and accommodating our request to check in a little early!

The house was excellent, spacious and exactly as described. Very comfortable. The local area left a little to be desired from the perspective of a beach-vacation spot. The immediately local beaches were very rocky and private (no parking unless you're a local). There was a very nice beach just about 10 minutes away though that was open to the public.
