This is our second time staying at Nancy’s place and I can’t say more nice things about it. It’s the perfect size for our family and walking distance to the general store and the beach. The whole house is clean and clutter free and it has everything you need.

We had a great time at this rental. Everything was as described and exceeded our expectations. The house is very cute. There is a lovely screened in porch. It’s obviously a smaller house but the space is used well with two sitting areas in between the bedrooms and kitchen. Green Harbor is a great place. The beach is about an 8 minute walk. The set up is perfect for a beach week. The beach was never super crowded and is a good beach. The Lobster Pound is a 4 minute walk and was fantastic. In the other direction is a nice little coffee/donut place. A 5 minute drive away is Brant Rock with a bunch of restaurants, a market, ice cream place and a cool surf/beach shop. We would love to come back in the future.

Nancy’s cottage was so enjoyable for my family of six. A beach, a general store, a lobster pound, and a coffee shop all within a very short walk. Whale watching and shopping within a short drive. The cottage itself was so charming. We will return one day!

This is an awesome place in a quiet neighborhood. Located about an hour from the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or biking the cape cod National seashore. The train station into Boston is only 30 minutes away (Braintree) and the train ride about 30. A short walk will get you to the beach. Everything you may need is provided. A gas grill and fire pit with chairs and firewood all there.
