My family and I enjoyed our stay!the host MB luxury team Gaby and Melki, were amazing and very welcoming, they helped us arrange a golf cart to be delivered to us, and we’re always promptly available if we had any questions.The house is beautiful and very spacious with the three bedrooms, and rooftop with the private pool.The Mahogany Bay property has gorgeous grounds, we spent most of our time at the pool club, the service is amazing there, the bar and restaurant have great food and drinks. Overall our stay, was amazing for our first trip to Belize, we felt safe, and enjoyed the house and resort. I would definitely return again.

This place was perfect! It had everything we needed. This property was in a great location, there is lots to do walking distance. We had a golf cart so everything was very easy for us to get to. The host was amazing as well!! Very responsive & extremely helpful! 10/10 would definitely book again

Overall we were blown away. The place was much bigger and better than we expected. This airbnb exceeded our expectations. We were there for 5 nights. We experienced issues with the master bedroom which was fixed after the first night. On our last night, the same AC was not working again. We did appreciate the quick fixes that were made during the entire trip. The Manager also helped us with local recommendations and ferry drop off. It is very secluded and peaceful. It was our own little utopia with plenty to do around the area. Beneath the beds could use a little more attention as it was dusty but other than that, everything else was pristine and clean. Because of its secluded area, it is a bit far from the city and secret beach but these were not issues for my group. We highly recommend the stay!

This location is very nice. The host is very responsive and helps with whatever you need. It was five people in my party and adding one more person would have still provided us with enough room to move around comfortably. The furniture is a very heavy quality; however, the cover on the sofa and pillows could use a spot cleaning from time to time as they are a khaki color and guest can easily soil them and it shows through. We used the pool towels to line the sofa and sit on for our comfort with that being said everything was still situated nicely and it smelled clean. There is a handy book with local numbers and other important information. The Poolhouse is now open and it’s nice and the food is good but maybe a little bit pricey compared to off the private community but we still enjoyed it. Don’t think about it just book this place and enjoy it. We drove everywhere on our golf cart and had a great time. We’ll be back soon!

Enjoyed our stay in San Pedro and Mahogany Bay. The development is nice and convenient to many things to do on Ambergris. Hosts were great and helped with planning our trip prior to our arrival. It was great that the new restaurant and pool were open and available. Would recommend!
