A great air bnb to choose, we stayed from 4/24-4/28/2024. It’s located in the PERFECT location, right in the middle of everything between secrets beach and downtown San Pedro. On golf cart it’s a short beautiful ride for sight seeing. I recommend!

We stayed over the Christmas holiday and overall had a great experience. The location was good, the house is spacious and clean, the pool was so relaxing and the host was super responsive and extremely helpful! The only draw back was the bugs, which no one can help (bring bug spray)!!! I would recommend this house and would stay again.

The place was very nice but….an extremely dangerous situation occurred. The bottom unit had no gas for the for stove. On 20/11 the gas was turned on. We we came back the unit was filled with propane and you could hear the gas leaking from a line somewhere behind the stove. We had to clear out of the place, and were worried that it was unsafe upstairs. After two trips the gas was shut off eliminating the danger. The gas leak was eventually fixed. But the lower unit only had gas for cooking on 23-24/11 out of the 7 days.

The description and the images of the property failed to mention that the home sits on an active construction site. The private pool is on the site, in front of a structure being built that is not shown in any of the images... so I would argue with the description wording "private". The original listing stated the home was "waterfront". That wording has since been removed but was a consideration in originally renting the property. You can see the ocean from the front door of the home through a neighbors back yard and/or an empty lot. If we had been told of the construction work on the property and that the home had a "water / ocean view", we would not have rented the home. Our host failed to see that what they advertised and what was real, did not match up. We were fortunate that Air B and B worked to get us a cancelation and we were able to secure another place to enjoy our stay in Belize.

The house was quite lovely! Very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. The company was very responsive to our needs and interests! They arranged everything for us! We hardly lifted a finger when it came to booking shuttles, golf carts, and other activities. HOWEVER, when it came to settling the charges for our tours and golf cart at the end of the trip, the billing process was very confusing and frustrating. It almost seemed intentional, seeing as how it should’ve been an easy process. I was initially charged double for the tour and golf cart, and mentioned it to the host that was handling my billing. He fixed it in the end but it could’ve all been handled much easier with a clearer list of options and pricing. The quotes and pricing were all quite arbitrary in the end. It felt unorganized and confusing, and more attention should’ve been paid to which currency was being used and quoting. It felt a bit careless. The mosquitoes on this particular street were horrible!
