Convenient located, close to town and the famous Truckstop, this beautiful home, with lush yard, is just a hidden gem. Welcome to "Masapan Guest House." This 1,300 square foot, 2 bed / 2 bath + Loft, is fully furnished. The house is elevated and has its own second level ("loft"). The main living area provides a spacious kitchen, bathroom, living, dining area and 2 private balconies with views of the yard. Dining options galore: Masapan's Kitchen is fully stocked but if you don't feel like cooking, there are many popular breakfast, lunch and dining options, less than 5-minute walk away. Rum Dog, Truckstop, Stellas Sunset, The Garage, Aji, Marbucks Coffee house, Tres Cocos Waffle and Smoke house, Pur Boutique Cabanas. It is also less than a 5-minute walk to the ocean where you can head to the dock for your diving, fishing or excursion pickup. The large master bedroom with queen bed has plenty of storage, and the stunning, completely renewed bathroom is private. The other bedroom also located on the main floor has a full bed with bathroom around the corner. A beautiful spiral staircase brings you into the loft which has a queen size swinging bed, one full bed and access to the 3rd balcony. The house sleeps up to 7 people comfortably and we believe the loft is mostly suitable for children / teenagers. Both bedrooms, loft and the main living area all have their own split AC. That's 4 total, which makes this house very comfortable.

Great assistance, fast responses. We had everything we needed at the house, great space with a home feeling touch to it.
The location is perfect a little outside the hustle of town so if you choose privacy you have it. The house was clean and nice and well suited for our month long stay. The hosts were great when we had an issue with the water and had it fixed in a timely matter. We loved our time here and we would stay here again.
The house doesn’t have a physical address in the description so you do have to rely on meeting your host to find it. We used the nearby Truck Stop as a pin in our GPS as its right down the street. The house was perfect. We went for a birthday and were able to cook a dinner with friends in the stocked kitchen. (Stocked with pots pans utensils but we did have to buy basic things like oil salt etc) only a 25 min cart ride to secret beach. No issues with the AC (which was a blessing since it was HOT) and I love that the house has security features, we all felt extremely comfortable. Would 100% recommend to others and stay again.
This was just perfect. Clean, close to everything we wanted and the host is extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this home and host!
You can expect only the best! We had great communication with BelizeIt's. Any questions we had were quickly answered and it didn't matter what time we sent a message they would respond. This home is in a great location: you can walk to the Truck Stop in the evening for a meal and some kind of entertainment or wake up early and enjoy some coffee at Marbuck's right around the corner. Oh, don't forget to eat waffles right next door. Since this home is located on the north side of the island it is so much more quieter. Plenty of TV's with cable, free internet (there were 6 of us and we never had any issues with all of us being on it at once), plenty of towels and beach towels too. Really it's like your home away from home. We would definitely return to this home again.

Beautiful wooden house located 1 mile north of the "Sir Barry Bowen Bridge." Close to the famous San Pedro food "Truck Stop" where from wed - sun fun events get organized. Truck Stop also has a nice pool which is available to public. Then there are some beautiful restaurants like Rain, Evoo, Ahi and Stella's smile just around the corner.

A golf cart is a very fun and easy way to get around on the island. We highly recommend renting one.
Masapan Guest House is located on the northern part of the island and is walking distance from the famous Truck Stop. A 12-15 min golf cart ride will take you back to the town center.
