(Currently looking for a booking to start around April 1st) This adorable stand-alone bungalow is tucked in the trees, full of warm vibes, and ready to make your visit cozy and relaxing. The home is on the same property as my house but is not attached. If you're here looking to buy a house, use me as your Realtor during your stay and you'll have the flexibility to move when you close and not pay for any extra days booked. NOTE: I prefer guests with 1 car due to limited parking. This space is designed for longer-term stays and has a huge walk-in closet, private Washer and Dryer, dresser, and full kitchen.

Beautiful stay! We enjoyed our time so much. Has everything you need. Clean, stylish, furnished and functional! Especially loved the bonus studio space downstairs for my yoga and dance! Jeramy is a wonderful host! Great neighborhood too.
Had a wonderful stay and I hope to come back! The apartment is fantastic, beautifully decorated and in a nice location that is quiet but close to downtown. Jeremy was a good host and had great local recommendations for things to do.
Jeramy and his place are both warm and friendly. We loved staying in this little cozy spot through covid, just the right amount of privacy and access-perfect space to relax, unwind, and work from. The backyard fire pit and porch alone are worth staying here for, but of course, the beauty of Asheville and this great neighborhood also add to the charm.
My stay with Jeramy was beyond amazing! He's honestly the best host! The location was perfect, the apartment was better than I expected and I had more than enough storage space for all of my things. (The closet was by far my favorite part!) Jeramy was incredibly accommodating and super awesome to be neighbors with for my stay. You will NOT be disappointed staying here!

Asheville has Uber and Lyft. I only allow 1 car for this Airbnb so if you plan to have two cars, this is not the house for you, sorry.

Asheville Realtor and mountain biker originally from Austin, TX. I grew up riding skateboards and playing in bands. I studied Sociology at San Diego State University, then moved up to Los Angeles where I worked TV and Music. I decided to relocate to Asheville to be closer to the mountains, cooler weather, and better hiking. I have enjoyed hosting through Airbnb for over 11 years.
