I am 79 years old. I had about 5 emails prior to our stay. They all said our unit was 04. I sent an email to my host and asked if we were on the 4th floor. He responded that we were on the 6th. We looked all over the 6th floor for 04. Fortunately a resident helped us by calling the host and he pointed out that we were sent a text message on arrival that gave us our unit number. Why keep that secret until arrival? Our parking was listed as 1 and 1/2 blocks away. More like 4 blocks. All this means a lot to someone my age. Disposal didn't work and the air conditioner couldn't keep up in the afternoon with the curtains open. Other than that we were happy with the location.

We loved our stay. The balcony was our favorite spot for sipping our early morning coffee and looking out on the Cape Fear River. Everything was exactly how it was described and there were detailed instructions for everything from access codes, parking to checking in & out. Would recommend and would stay again.
