My long-term stay at Phuong's Airbnb was exceptional from start to finish. From seamless communication to a warm welcome, every detail was taken care of, making the property feel like a home away from home. Nestled in a perfect location, the accommodation was immaculate, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a lengthy visit. The brand new kitchen in the room was super useful and clean so I enjoyed my cooking. Phuong's extraordinary hospitality, including personalized touches and local recommendations, truly set this experience apart. The blend of privacy, comfort, and the host's attentiveness made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Phuong's place to anyone seeking a remarkable stay. I stayed here for five weeks during a summer internship and it was the absolute best Airbnb experience! The apt is super clean, there were plenty of towels and toilet paper, and the mini fridge/microwave work very well. The outside landscaping/garden here is also incredibly gorgeous. I felt very much like I had privacy, and I also felt that Phuong, who is very responsive, would be able and willing to work with me if any issue were ever to come up. The neighborhood is incredibly safe and full of families and children; the park that's literally across the street is a perfect place to sit and relax. There are other parks, coffee shops, and restaurants a short walk away (5-10 min), and there's a grocery store (Amazon Fresh) a 10 min walk away. Plenty of bus lines to get into downtown within 20-25 mins. Booking an Airbnb can feel like a risky endeavor sometimes, but this was such a great experience that I would want to encourage anyone who's thinking about it to book a stay here! :)

Hotels don’t charge for stains but she will definitely try lol, a few makeup stains don’t constitute over $100 worth of damages and frankly I don’t believe they aren’t irreversible either. I also had to use them to clean because there was nothing but fabric softener in that tiny ass room. Wasn’t an awful stay but the “privacy” was definitely not worth the jacked up price and loss of basic amenities. It’s way more worth the money to take a room in someone’s house and I also didn’t cause that stain in your carpet and it was there from the moment I checked in.

Phuong was an incredible host. I was a long-term stay and had everything I needed for a peaceful and pleasant experience. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having my own private bathroom and entrance. The location was by several schools so I felt very safe. I traveled around via public transportation and there were many buses available. I would also walk to pioneer square for work (a little under 40 minutes). I highly recommend this place!
