My friend and I absolutely loved every moment of our stay! Fabiola is so very sweet and friendly and made us feel right at home! Loved the space, the view, the location, as well as Fabiola’s adorable dogs and cats! Highly recommend staying here and will definitely be coming back!

Fabiola’s place was amazing! The view from the deck was one of the highlights of our trip. Fabiola is incredibly warm and welcoming. She gave great suggestions for local stores, restaurants and activities. We loved playing with the friendly dogs and cats. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

This is a special place. The host Fabiola beautifully crafted and maintained the garden which you walk through to get to your room. You'll see many mariposas (butterflies), little lizards, hummingbirds, and blue birds stopping by. On top of a hill, you have breathtaking views of the sea. Take it in every morning with your coffee or tea, because wherever you're going back to -- you're going to miss this place. It is clear that a lot of thought went into designing the space. It's an experience being there, it's not just a place to stay. When we arrived, there was a jug of cold water and a couple of cervezas in the fridge which was awesome. We were also welcomed by a several happy animals. If that's not your thing -- there are gates to keep the dogs out of the space, but I often found myself playing fetch with Alekai, my best buddy Australian Shepherd. Fabiola is very helpful when it comes to answering your questions and providing recommendations. She is very knowledgeable about the area and responsive with communication. Within walking distance (seven minutes or so), there are two restaurants. Zippers has good breakfast, and the spot next to it (Pescalito Beach I think) has really fresh tacos and tostadas, and tasty cocktails which I recommend trying at least once. There's a surf lesson spot there too -- and the beach has two different breaks that are great spots to learn. I took my first ever surf lesson, and had a great time. Fabiola also has a teacher she can recommend if your plan is to focus more on surfing -- you could easily surf here every day and just be a beach bum. If you want to go to Cabo San Lucas, it's about a 25 minute drive. We went a couple times for fishing charters, which were fun. If you're going to get into that -- best of luck. One of our days was better than the other, but we came away with a Mahi Mahi (beautiful fish, and an exciting battle), and a Hammerhead Shark which we promptly let go after taking a few pictures, as they are protected (and from my understanding, rare to see). We also did a day of golf, which was fun, even though I'm very bad. The courses in the area are all just beautiful and I'd recommend getting out on the course if you've ever played -- just for the views alone. There's so much to do in the area we could have stayed another week easily. Writing this review makes me want to go back! Thank you Fabiola!

A wonderful place to stay. Property beautiful and serene. There is a lovely deck which overlooks the Sea of Cortez. Amenities perfect! Look forward to going back. Close to downtown San Jose and San Lucas. Fabiola is a wonderful hostess and very welcoming.
