The Garden Room offers tranquility and seclusion in Edward and Liz's large and pretty garden. There are woods to the rear of the property and it was so relaxing (even in the rain) to sit on the porch listening to birdsong and enjoying the richness of nature. The property is well appointed with efficient heating, a great shower and kitchen. There are plenty of walks nearby, lots of history to explore and the nearby market town of Louth offers excellent butchers, bakers and greengrocers. In season, Louth museum offers tourist information, bookable walking tours and excellent exhibits on local history.

Loved my stay in The Garden Room in idyllic surroundings. Needed a quiet getaway for a few days and this place absolutely fitted the bill. Everything was as described and I found nothing lacking. The kitchen was great and well equipped, the bed was very comfy with quality bed linen and the bathroom had a lovely big shower cubicle with a nice powerful shower unit. I didn't get to use the fire pit as the weather wasn't favourable but it would be lovely to sit out on a nice evening in such beautiful surroundings close to nature. Hosts Edward and Liz were friendly and welcoming and offer a fabulous place to stay. 5*****

We had a fantastic week staying here, it was extremely peaceful and a beautiful place. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and the garden was a particular highlight for us with all the wildlife. Thank you Edward and Liz for sharing this special place.

Beautiful, comfortable cottage in lovely, peaceful surroundings. Great spot to see Lincoln, Louth, Donna Nook. Fully recommend.

This beautiful cottage on the farm offers you a quite, tranquil and fabulous clean accommodation. It has everything you need to relax. Everything is clean and very comfortable. The bed is very good giving us very good sleeps! A great fire pit/bbq outside with wood supplied. The birdlife is all around in the beautiful garden. Even saw some little deer one morning. Edward is a delight to chat to as well. We can’t recommend this highly enough. We will be returning to this little spot of tranquility. Thank you so much for accommodating us at the last minute too.
