Freaking phenomenal. Felt like I was at home the entire time. Anytime I needed anything. Donald replied within minutes. I’m not only suggest people stay here, but I will go back. Just stay there again.

Not a good experience, most of which I can’t contribute to the hosts. As far as what I can, the check in process was horrific. They gave me a code that didn’t work on the room I booked, had to sleep in another room, which the door wouldn’t latch shut. The number they provided in case of such experience, was a disconnected line, and the number attached to their profile goes straight to voicemail. The location is awful, near an extremely busy road with motorcycles and semis passing constantly.

This started out awful as the previous guest did not check out of my booked room. . I communicated through the apt and Donald got back to me very fast. He has a number of rentals in the area and quickly found another room for me 5 minutes away. We worked out renting it all through the apt and he send me address and electronic codes for the doors. The place was very basic, but a good value. The bed was comfortable and clean, lots of outdoor space for dog walking and an entire shelf in the refrigerator. It was nice having a whole house. Parking was off street and easy and a super convenient neighborhood. It seemed safe. The tv offered both Netflix and Amazon Prime. Score! I met two other tenants and they were very nice. I would definitely rent from him again. Customer service was great.

Great clean space, worth every cent. flexible with checking due to nightshift work. would def recommend to fellow travelers looking for a comfortable place to recharge. quiet and great parking.
