房东给的开门密码有误，联系房东没有得到及时回复，最后是Airbnb客服介入，才解决了入住的问题，导致入住时间推迟了一小时左右（原本到达时间就已是晚上11点，结果入住房间已过12点）。也别期待房间的Wi-Fi，根本连接不了。但房间室内设施与图片一致，位置很好，入住后，感觉还是挺好的。

Nice little cottage. It is close to the beaches, restaurants/bars/shops, but still in a pretty quiet part of town. We spent a month there, it was good. Minor disadvantages: very bad internet connection in the house and the lack of an air conditioner in the living room.

TurnKey is a waste of the homeowners money. I think he could have done better customer service than hiring an outside company who manages from a call center and lacking personality. They never addressed our issues until few days to check out and we stayed here for a month. 1. Few days into our stay we realized the gas grill doesn’t work. We called it in a few times until the owner finally dropped off a charcoal grill one week and one day later which was a real inconvenience because we had to purchase charcoal each time we grill. 2. During our 2nd week We came back after being out and found that someone entered the house because our AC was off and front door open. I called it in and Turn Key rep keep saying nobody entered. Im a flower collector and I left a very rare hibiscus out on the front porch that same morning which had just bloomed the first flower. When we returned not only was the door open but my precious plant was toppled over as though someone fell on it or stepped on it. 3. We had to wash our sheets the first night because it didnt smell fresh. 4. Every once in while you’ll see a roach crawl unto the bed or floor. Note: you’ll see green rat poison holders in each room. 5. Wanted to rinse off our beach towels in the outside sink before tossing into washer but sink was just gross. I then lifted the lid of a plastic container next to the sink and it stinks with a black liquid with maggots.. 6. I wanted to leave windows open to allow fresh air but you cannot because flies will just enter into house. So it’s like we have to constantly leave the AC on and keep windows closed. One night we just had to shut the lights to allow the flies to exit. 7. The day before I was to checkout which was my 29th day I then finally received a message in response to our plea to change out the door code because we didn’t feel safe in a place where someone else can enter.

The place is a bit smaller than the pictures, however very cozy and nice. The location is nice, but further away from the beach, than we thought. Don't rent a large car as the driveway is very narrow. The property management is very fast to response and fix any issues (our bathroom valve broke down and was fixed the next day) .
