How generous of Kelly to share her private oasis with AirBNB guests. This little home is spacious for 2, secluded from the public, quiet and peaceful. The estate is located about 1 mile from a residential area, but feels like a private world. The grounds were challenging for us to find, and Kelly was instantly available to direct our path successfully. Never have we stayed in such a quiet, beautiful area, from immense rolling manicured lawns, to trees that look like they have been there forever, to ponds teaming with wild life (with mechanical bubbles to keep stagnation minimal)to deer that we would see every morning in the distance, to a few horses a short walk away on the property, to blue jays, frogs and squirrels…what a sanctuary! Kelly has an entire wall of floor to ceiling windows to bring the outside in. What a great place to retreat… to breathe…to celebrate life. We felt like we were 100 miles from civilization, yet a grocery store and restaurants were literally 6 minutes away! Thank you Kelly. This was an experience like no other.

The cottage has everything you need. It is very clean and very relaxing and comfortable. It's a beautiful setting, and although Kelly and her family live on the property, it is very private. I would highly recommend staying. The only bad part of the stay was having to leave. Thank you Kelly for a wonderful stay.

10/10!!! I had spent a couple weeks at Kelly’s waiting for some housework to wrap up & it was honestly one of the most peaceful getaways I’ve had in awhile! Even early in the year, the ducks and deer were plentiful, the property itself was warm and spacious; VERY well Equipped with the necessary amenities & Kelly was extremely friendly and communicative. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet getaway with some fresh air and stars- THIS is the place! Very grateful for Kelly and her families hospitality.

This is the historic spring house, beautifully renovated and stylish, has everything you could want or need. Air conditioning was especially welcomed in August and made all days comfortable. The deck was my favorite place, right at the little spring-fed pond where I could hear the bullfrogs at night. The grounds are simply stunning - very pastoral, an historic feel, and sheer natural beauty! Kelly was immediately responsive to any message, also a plus. Highly recommended!
