Absolutely wonderful stay! The English breakfast was fantasic. About 10 minutes away from the Portageville entrance for Letchworth State Park. AC kept us plenty cool in summer. The weather was rainy so we didnt utilize the pond, but it was set up so nicely! Would love to return one day.

We loved our stay with Richard! We appreciate how he accommodated us for vegetarian breakfasts; abd always appreciated his cheerful demeanor. Our room was comfortable and clean. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Richard’s place was an amazing stay! Awesome to have stayed on a horse farm. Breakfast was amazing! Had a great conversation with Richard!

Imagine you wake up between soft sheets feeling revitalised after a long night of sleep. You open the window and smell the country air while looking at horses playing on the rolling hills stretching out before you. Then you notice the smell of fresh coffee and English breakfast sipping into your room. You take a quick dive into the rain shower and just in time you settle in for breakfast... Well that sums up what a stay in the lovely house of Richard and Daisy brings to you... so to cut it short... great house, great hosts and great value for money :)
