This cabin was amazing! It was clean, had all the amenities necessary, the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed… the view from the patio was beautiful and Paul super responsive!! I am going back for sure! Thanks

We stayed here for 7 weeks while house hunting, having just moved to the area. This was the PERFECT place to land moving in from out of state. It's close enough to things you might need, groceries and restaurants and such, while a bit outside of downtown in a beautiful, secluded spot on the side of a mountain. The view from the back door is amazing. The house itself is cute and cozy. Plenty of seating and two nice bedrooms. All appliances including washer and dryer were great. TV with soundbar in the living room with all of the streaming apps you may want or need. Internet was fast and reliable for the time we were there. We were there through a power outage and snow storm, and both Paul and his neighbor were great at helping us through it! The wood stove kept things toasty warm, and Paul has extra lights and things you might need in the house. Lastly, Paul is a great host. Very responsive and proactive. Would recommend him and his home to anyone coming to the area!

Had a great stay over the christmas week here. The value is unbeatable, the place is clean and the location is quite private. Paul was great at communication, quickly answered any questions we had. We would stay here again!

The cabin is very well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and worry-free stay. It's a great place to rest, recharge amidst nature, and enjoy Nevada City attractions. Paul was in constant contact to ensure that everything went smoothly. He is a great host and very attentive. We hope to stay at Paul's place again in the future.
