The issue was not the location nor the building itself. The problem is that ALL the furniture, especially the beds are way overdue for replacement. There is no startup kit in the kitchen with exception of a small bag of coffee and a few packets of sweetener. The A/C in the living room was leaking water due to a plugged drain line. I tried contacting the number provided for assistance and received no answer. I notified the maintenance crew and when they arrived they told me that they would have the A/C person come. No one ever showed up. The washer unit housing was totally rusted out so I never used it. Honestly , I am an owner of a nice condo listed on AIRBNB and have never given a bad review on any units I have rented over the 6 years that I have been using AirBnB. This place is just not up to standards. The problem could be corrected and the unit vastly improved by spending the money necessary to update the units furnishings...

VACASA is the worst host possible. We need up giving multiple emails with the guests names 48hrs prior like they asked. We went by in a cab earlier just to drop off our bags that was not an option but worse was that condo said they didn’t have our names from Vacasa. When called Vacasa customer service it was like going in circles and was telling us it will happen in 30 minutes? Any reason you can’t do this now? We were in Uber and had luggage for 3 people. Luckily we booked another place nearby and was able to drop off luggage there with no problem. 1 hr later we went back and condo said they still didn’t have our names?? Are you serious, called again and this time spend 45 minutes on phone and lady said it will be there at check in? And told me now that we will have to wait til 4pm. We were not even trying to check in we just wanted to make sure I don’t drive back at 4pm and still an issue. This is the worst host and a shame that such a big company can’t handle this right.

Beautiful stay. We were located on the 1st floor which made accessing the pool for a dip before bed was wonderful and access to the beach was immediate from our covered porch. Great amenities and on the quieter side of Jaco but next door to Crocs if you want a good meal, bar, and dancing. Check in and out was smooth. We loved the sunsets and the little cat who frequented our porch who was friendly and clean.

El alojamiento es precioso y tal como se ve en las fotos. Las instalaciones del condominio son súper lindas al igual que las del hotel crocs. El alojamiento está literalmente a pasos de las piscinas, siendo perfecto por temas de accesibilidad a personas con movilidad reducida o para adultos mayores. Los empleados de las instalaciones son súper atentos y gentiles. Además tuve una situación especial que el anfitrión me ayudó en todo momento a resolver, con una excelente comunicación y mucha amabilidad y comprensión. Recomiendo al 100% este alojamiento.
