Joel was a great help with the whole process of staying at the house! We left a couple of items behind and he let us know he would keep them safe until we are able to go back for them.

Myself and 11 family members stayed here, and they are still thanking me for finding such a great place a month later. Beautiful house with plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing, or for everyone to Al get together. Great pool, we had a lot of fun while we were home. There is a lot of cool things to do in the area also. Great host, who is also very knowledgeable and helpful with activities (change even arrange activities). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Patrick is an amazing host. Effective communication made everything run smoothly. The house is amazing and had enough space for all 16 of us 😅 We all enjoyed our stay

Zion Hill retreat can be a great place of selection for families but there are a few issues that need to be addressed prior to new guests. Let’s start off with finding the location it’s very difficult I wasn’t given a direct address there was a gentleman who was waiting to escort me to the property. The day of my arrival was the day Jamaica shut down due to air traffic control strike so transportation became a big issue due to numerous cancellations. Upon arriving to Zion Hill retreat we noticed as we walked in the home there were cameras situated inside of the home which was not stated on the Airbnb listing it said on property not in dwelling. The property was not clean bathrooms had hair and mold. There were are also roaches. As I did a walk-through with the host he stepped on one and as our stay continued we noticed a few. The property lacks adequate towels for use of shower and swimming. The listing also stated that there was a barbecue grill needless to say there is a grill on property but the grill is unable to grill food the top is broken it’s filthy, it’s rusty, which makes it impossible to put the food that is going inside your body on the grill. Upon check out the house arrived on property at 7 AM walking through the home invading our privacy before our check out at 11 AM. As I began a walk-through with the individual he started to count the spoons and forks and questioned if something was broken I responded with a no. He then proceeded to the bathrooms to count the towels when one wasn’t in the bathroom he wanted me to go and look for it that’s when I responded it’s not in my luggage I will not look for a towel I’m sure it’s here somewhere because it’s kids again we’re swimming so it’s on property in another bathroom possibly but it surely not in our luggage. The hospitality the professionalism was poor when you have guess who are flying from out of town to stay at your Airbnb they should feel as if they are away from home as long as they’re not vandalizing your property they should be treated well. These issues were sent to Patrick the owner and we’re not acknowledged this is an Airbnb I would not recommend for someone to stay I had a party of 16 and we were all disappointed And also felt as if we were being watched without our approval.
