We wanted to have a good get away and selected the place. Really loved staying. Very peaceful and great lake view. Definitely recommend the place.

This was the most (and only) unprofessional host I've experienced on Airbnb. When we arrived, she asked to photocopy the ID's of all guests who would be staying at the property - I have never been asked this even by 5-star hotels, and it was a suspicious request. There was no private backyard or beach as listed - instead, the yard and tiny beach area are shared by all the other groups they rent cottages to. Also, the host and her staff walked on and off the "private" rental regularly since we arrived, taking photos of our entire group without consent. This made everyone feel unsafe and on edge all weekend. The host herself behaved consistently rudely towards one guest in particular. When speaking to another member of our group later on, she was initially polite, then changed her demeanor when she found out they part of our group. I would not recommend this listing - unless you enjoy being watched, do not value privacy, and are ok with false advertising.
