The pinnacle of any airbnb, no literally any place I’ve ever stayed abroad. Couldnt recommend this place enough, it was an absolute dream staying here, Alessandro was the best host in the world, he even went so far as to pick me up on his boat from the train station. The airbnb itself was the most beautifully eclectic design I’ve ever seen, with every amenity, snack, and beverage you could imagine. It was so hard leaving this place and I can guarantee no place I stay in the future will be nearly as close of a pleasure to be in as this one.

Our stay in Alessandro's home was amazing! We visited for several nights during the week of the Venice Biennale. Alessandro was kind enough to pick us up from the train station by boat and gave us a helpful tour of his apartment. The apartment is small, cozy, and super charming - just like in the pictures. It is filled with useful things - snacks, places to hang coats/clothes, mood lighting, bluetooth speakers, umbrellas, books... basically anything you might end up needing. The shower is amazing - complete with customizable lights and a hand shower that uses a fancy water filtration system. The location of the flat is AMAZING! Away from the super touristy areas + close to lots of restaurants and cafes. I wish we had had more time to just enjoy the home, as we were mostly running around town. Alessandro was so friendly and wonderful to interact with. As others have said in reviews, he really adds so much to the experience!

Excellent séjour chez Alessandro, tout correspond à l’annonce et même mieux. Alessandro est très sympathique, aime sa ville et cela se ressent beaucoup. Merci pour tout !

Nous avons passé 4 jours (3 nuits) dans l’appartement d’Alessandro et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous. La situation géographique est parfaite : quartier calme mais vivant tout de même et à proximité des sites touristiques. L’appartement est décoré avec goût et rien ne manque. Alessandro est venu nous chercher en bateau à notre arrivée piazza di Roma pour nous conduire à l’appartement. Il a également de très bonnes adresses de restaurants à prix convenables à vous conseiller selon vos goûts. Il est très réactif à la moindre de nos questions. Si vous souhaitez faire un séjour atypique à Venise, c’est l’appartement qu’il vous faut ! Nous on a adoré ! Merci Alessandro
